Bob Bannister is married to Sally and they have 3 children - Bethany, Joshua & Isaac. As a family they moved to Cuckfield in 1995. Rob was appointed as an Elder in 1999.

Jonathan Broome is married to Rachel and they have two children - Annabel & Hugo. As a family they moved to Cuckfield in 2002. Jonathan was appointed as an Elder in 2005.

Chris Bulled is married to Anna. They have 5 children, but one died from leukaemia in December 2006. Chris was appointed Assistant Pastor at Cuckfield in 2001. In 2004 he was set aside to lead a team to replant Hurstpierpoint Evangelical Church.

Phil Crowter is married to Rosie. They have three children, Anna, Luke and Russell. The family moved to Cuckfield in the summer of 2007 so that Phil could take up the post of Assistant Pastor. Previously he was the pastor of Hambro Road church in Streatham.
